The latest Brain Cell to register with the Mind Your Head Challenge is the Volunteer Centre Dorset, which is run by Marie Waterman and her team. They offer fantastic opportunities across Dorset for people of all ages to volunteer for a wide variety of activities. There is something for all interests and time availability. Volunteering is a great way to stimulate your mind, have social contact and contribute to your local community.
Being an Olympic year, there are some very exciting opportunities on offer. This includes helping with the Mind Your Head Challenge and Phoenix Legacy.
