We welcome two new ‘Brain Cells’, mind stimulating activity providers, who have just joined the Mind Your Head Challenge
The Light and Energy Centre in Weymouth is run by Claire Whiles and is a health and holistic community centre offering a wide range of activities. You can attend a range of workshops or therapies, as well as gain invaluable information about healthy nutrition.
Archaeotreks is led by Chris Tripp. Under his guidance, you can journey through time, discover the sites, landscape and the archaeology that shaped the ancient heritage of this beautiful county. Walk where Roman legionaries trod, iron age warriors fought and ancient tribes buried their dead.
He offers four short walks per weekend visiting archaeological sites when you will visit Iron Age hillforts, Bronze Age burial mounds and Roman Dorchester. Workshops are also available.
