Stella English – a Winning Belief

Congratulations to Stella English, who won the Apprentice last night. This is in no small part to her determination and powerful positive belief that she can achieve anything if she puts her mind to it. She is a fantastic example of what self belief can accomplish against difficult odds. What a worthy winner.

Building Powerful Positive Beliefs is a recipe for success and is a new workshop we have developed recently in conjunction with Christopher Bayliss, Fastgrowth Services. We ran three of these this month. The entrepreneurs who attended are all highly successful people. They meet monthly in Vector Groups to develop strategies to triple the value of their businesses in three years.

During the workshop, we identified what success people wanted from 2011 and then looked at what might hold them back. It never ceases to amaze me what limiting beliefs people carry and how that influences their performance.(myself included!) Every person then built their new positive belief and action plan to achieve it.

Each event proved inspirational, because the new beliefs generated were so powerful and when implemented will make an even more successful future. Examples of the positive new beliefs are:

  •  I have all the necessary abilities to achieve what I want
  •  I choose organisation over chaos
  •  Everything I do delivers high value & impact for customers

Christopher Bayliss says The design of the workshop was brilliant. Rosie facilitated the 2 hour session for 3 Vector Strategy Groups. Each Group comprised of 12 Managing Directors and Business Leaders.  All 36 attendees said how powerful and valuable they found the content. Rosie Barfoot is an accomplished business coach and workshop facilitator who helps participants achieve great results for themselves and their companies

Stella can celebrate her success and 2011 should be a wonderful year for her. Ken and I wish you every success  in the year ahead.

As Christopher Reeve said in his autobiography, Still Me: “Our dreams at first seem impossible and then they seem improbable, then when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.

What will you make inevitable for 2011?
