The Dorset Echo is running a fund raising quiz on July 20th at Weymouth College. The money raised will go to the Will Mackaness Trust. Will was a 16 year old pupil of Wey Valley School, who tragically died of a brain tumour. It goes to show that mental ill health can strike at any age.
It is a worthy cause as the Weymouth charity arranges for all youngsters to take part in water sports and gives financial support to those with a nautical aptitude. The event begins at 7pm at Weymouth College. Teams can book by calling 01305 830995 or email joanna.davis@dorsetecho.co.uk
There will be auction lots and a raffle. You could win a ticket to the Mind Your Head Conference, as we are donating this as a prize.
