On-Line Leadership

Since the start of the global pandemic, on-line leadership means communicating with dispersed stakeholders as more and more people are working from home. This brings new and exciting changes to the way we work and greater challenges for effective leadership and teamwork. When you lead from a distance, you still need your team and your customers to follow you, achieve the best for yourself and your team; and maintain a competitive edge. Your existing skills may require honing to meet the new ways of working.

If you want to:

  • Increase the mental capacity and wellbeing of your business.
  • Discover innovative solutions to real problems.
  • Improve decision making.
  • Effectively lead dispersed and cohesive teams.
  • Ensure accountability and productivity.
  • Minimise disruption to the business.

then on-line leadership training is for you.

We have tried and tested a series of practical and participative on-line workshops. They provide a high impact performance pathway to leadership development. We have retained our values of personalised, partnership and enthusiasm, so they are interactive, engaging, tailored to your needs and have pre and post course support. The number of delegates is kept small so everyone can participate. This ensures people enjoy and implement the learning. You can join open events or provide them in-house. Timing can be agreed to best suit your business.

Feedback from previous delegates:

"Thank you for an exciting, rewarding and interesting session on Friday. The meeting was balanced between informative material presented by Rosie and practical work by the participants. The presentation was followed up with a timely, accurate and helpful summary.  The outcome has given me enormous satisfaction, excitement and peace of mind going forward.” Violet Lester, Office Administrator for Family Business

“I have attended two zoom webinars with Training for Results and each have been exceptionally worthwhile, not least in content which is very thoroughly researched and thought provoking, but also as a result of engagement with other delegates. I would whole heartedly recommend Rosie and her husband to other business owners, they have taught me some valuable new skills.” Kim Sankey, Architect

“Thanks for this morning. Cannot emphasise enough how grateful I am for being invited to your training.” Oliver Hemson, General Manager
