Over 50’s DANCE AFRIKA
Saturday 13th October: Over 50’s Dance Afrika 2.30 – 4.30pm £8. Dorchester Arts Centre, School Lane, The Grove, Dorchester DT1 1XE.
Come and join Z Movements (Natasha Player) in a workshop of West African dance accompanied by LIVE percussion. This is a brand new workshop specifically for the over 50’s where you can learn techniques such as ‘Loketo’ pioneered by Zab Maboungou using the breath to align and ‘ground’ the body. To dance is to feel joy!
