The Women of Worth project is for business women who want to find their true potential. It is a voyage of discovery to what you can truly achieve. Whether you are running your own business or thinking of doing so, this is an opportunity to:

        • Recognise your true worth and gain in confidence.
        • Analyse your business ideas and plan pro-actively.
        • Develop a more strategic dynamic business.
        • Balance personal and business objectives.
        • Creatively problem solve and innovate.

AIM

The aim is to provide the confidence, strategy, actions and tools to create a dynamic, sustainable, successful business. It will assess the current situation and establish realistic goals for the future, whilst establishing a community of on-going learning and support

The programme has been designed specifically for businesswomen, who coming out of the pandemic, wish to take themselves and their business to another strategic level. It will focus on their specific needs and involve participation and action.

Content:              

There are 6 three-hour sessions at fortnightly intervals. (10.00am-1.00pm).  The specific content of each session is determined by the needs of the delegates.

Sessions

1               Start of the voyage – vision and leadership.

2               Getting on board – communication and people

3               Setting sail – financing and marketing.

4               Changing course – creative problem solving.

5               Stocking the hold – managing resources.

6               Staying the course – wellbeing.
