A strategic leader is critical for success, especially in rapidly changing and uncertain times. Like the pilot of a ship, a strategic leader sets the direction, navigates, and gets everyone safely and swiftly to the desired destination.

Whilst it is relatively easy to get stuck into the operational tasks, it can often be harder to see the bigger picture and the consequences of your decisions.  Strategic judgement is even more important when times are tough or in complex job situations. However for the majority of people, Judgement Index® results show that strategic thinking is frequently the weaker element.

“Strategic thinking rarely occurs spontaneously”  Michael Porter

Why Attend?

The six individual one-hour events/series will enable you to:

  • Increase your ability to challenge, interpret, decide, and learn.
  • Develop more strategic decision making.
  • Share best practice and network with other business leaders.
  • Challenge and be challenged.

The on-line workshops involve challenging interaction to help you improve your strategic thinking in six key areas. The series will offer the space to think, be challenged and find practical strategies for your business. You know that two minds are better than one. Therefore it offers the opportunity to gain different perspectives and accountability through group discussion and action plans.

“The session this morning was incredibly useful and resulted in a couple of lightbulb moments for me!”  Sarah Reece, Partner and Chartered Surveyor
