This one day course is to enable you to improve your time and self management. In Rugby World Cup year, we are using the game as an analogy, so you can learn techniques for more effective use of time and to help you build a winning business team.
Kicking a ball into touch in rugby is to avoid pressure from the opposing team in a difficult situation. In business, there are times when you need to kick time management into touch. This is to create space for strategies, reduce pressure and retain a competitive edge.
As in rugby, each member of a business team needs to know their position, roles and responsibilities and the overall game plan to achieve the goals. A good manager knows everyone’s strengths and plays to them. There is also a time when the captain needs to step off the field to see the game from a different perspective. He/she needs to become the coach and give others a chance to run with the ball.
The aims of this one day workshop are for you to:
- Improve prioritisation of tasks and projects
- Self manage your time more effectively
