For some, the covid years took a toll on their confidence and the desire to get back out there. This can create high anxieties and stop them using their great skills. Worry can be a debilitating emotion.
The aim of this workshop is to encourage you to achieve what you are truly capable of and recognise what you are great at. It will enable you to think more positively and with greater self-esteem, whilst identifying and reducing anxiety.
There will be a maximum of six delegates to ensure individual attention can be given in a safe environment.

- Improve self-esteem and confidence in the workplace.
- Understand how to say no when required.
