High quality leadership in action is essential for a profitable quality business. Leaders have a major impact on performance, motivation, engagement, well-being and the overall profitability of the business. Good leadership is crucial to driving growth and productivity. It needs to be actioned and not just known.

In these three workshops, we will be focusing on:

  • Building confidence to be independent and self-managing.
  • Ensuring quality and sustainable productivity.
  • Maintaining an engaged and motivated team.

“Every decision, action, behaviour and utterance by a manager contains a negative or positive stimulus potential” David Freemantle: The Stimulus Factor

Avoiding the Accidental Manager

An ‘accidental manager’ is someone who has been ‘thrown in at the deep end’ by being promoted to a management position without any guidance. Managing and leading people well requires a specific set of competencies. The aim of this bespoke series of workshops is to develop and build on existing leadership skills in order to maximise the full potential of the team.

As a leader, the eyes of your team are on you as a role model. Communicating effectively in everything you do is essential to gain trust and ensure maximum attention to productivity.

Objectives

By the end of the workshops, you will be able to:

  • Balance the needs of the company, task, and the team.
  • Manage productivity and meet targets consistently.
  • Improve motivation for self and the team.
