Following on from Assertive Negotiations, when we looked at the basics, this session tackles those difficult negotiations. People do not always respond the way you want them to, they may try ‘tricks’ to get their own way, or they may be aggressive. It is important that you can handle these more difficult situations, so you can:
- Get the best from your negotiations.
- Have greater confidence to state your case.
- Retain those important long term relationships.
Whether at work, at home, or dealing with the public, difficult negotiations can occur without warning. For many, a fear of conflict can stop them engaging and putting their needs forward. Having various ‘tools’ to handle this can help you stay calm, be more confident, and get closer to the outcomes you need.
What you will learn:
- What defines a difficult negotiation for you.
- How to handle different scenarios.
- Actions to support you.
There will be two facilitators to guide you through the session as well as the opportunity to share experiences with like-minded people.
The investment for this is £30. Please register here
