Effective feedback, realistic goal setting and follow-through are essential for improving performance and the key skills of a manager. This 90-minute virtual workshop will focus on these skills to ensure you gain the full future performance you need. It is not enough to give feedback but requires continuing the process by follow-through to conclusion to be effective.
In busy schedules, it can be difficult to find the time for excellence, whether this is to the way people manage, the product or service you provide, or the image of the company. As a leader, you need to show it is important by holding people accountable and evaluating the results. You also need to lead by example by regularly asking for feedback and doing what you say you will do. High performance cultures do not happen by accident, so this is an opportunity to resolve your specific issues in gaining the maximum potential of your team.
Learn how to:
- Give effective constructive feedback.
- Set realistic goals.
- Establish monitoring and follow-through.
- Resolve personal issues of performance.
This is an in-house workshop which can be designed specifically for your team. If you are interested in improving performance, please contact me.
The minimum performance you allow is the maximum you can expect. Don’t settle for less than the best.
