The focus of this workshop is on how your leadership can contribute to better team engagement and motivation. The aim is to have a fully functional, motivated and productive team. Engaged people and teams do their job to their best combined ability. They go the extra mile to improve quality and customer service; or cut costs. They bring creativity and energy to aid business growth. As companies become leaner, it is important that they are also flexible and able to respond to rapidly changing situations. Engaged teams actively look out for the business and this impacts on the bottom line.
“It is about creating opportunities for employees to connect with their colleagues, managers and wider organisation. It is also about creating an environment where employees are motivated to want to connect with their work and really care about doing a good job…… It is a concept that places flexibility, change and continuous improvement at the heart of what it means to be an employee and an employer in the 21st century workplace.” Professor Katie Truss
Despite all the benefits, creating a culture of motivated engagement can be one of the hardest aspects for business owners and managers. It requires the leaders themselves to be fully engaged and self motivated.
Work being carried out by the Neuroleadership Institute, in collaboration with major companies, is redefining the working environment for the 21st century. Learn how leaders have a critical role in building the right culture for people to achieve their best.
