In conjunction with Dorset Food and Drink, this is an interactive, highly participative, strategic workshop for Directors and Managers of local food and beverage companies. It will give you the time to step back and view your business innovatively.

The morning will involve three 10 minute ‘starters’ from leading specialists . After each presentation; there will be round table discussion for you to share ideas of best practice with other businesses and build your own recipe for business success.
