Difficult conversations can eat into your time and spoil relationships. If you think about the number of hours per week you spend in conversations with others, how many of those are difficult, or alternatively, have successful outcomes? The purpose of this 90-minute virtual workshop is to help you revisit and improve your communication skills to avoid or transform difficult conversations. It will provide a greater understanding of the components of communication and how they interact, and how you can use them to everyone’s advantage. It will address specific concerns and

  • Define the components of effective communication.
  • Build strategies to handle difficult behaviours.
  • Agree actions for change.

“Every decision, action, behaviour and utterance by a manager contains a negative or positive stimulus potential”

David Freemantle: The Stimulus Factor

Effective communication is paramount. It is the key skill for relationship building and people management. Yet many problems exist in businesses due to a lack of or poor communication. Issues can still exist, even though we have been communicating since birth and even received training. Therefore, it pays to review what you already know and establish what else is required.

This particular participative and practical workshop is in-house and comes with learning material and a summary of the discussions. If you would like to find out what this workshop can do for your business, please contact me at rosie@training-for-results.co.uk

“It’s so great to see the positive results amongst the attendees” Oliver Hemson, Director
