Having the confidence to deal with challenging conversations can build trust and respect. Think about the number of hours you spend a week in conversations with others.  How many of those have successful outcomes? As a leader, effective communication is paramount. It is the key skill for relationship building and people management. Yet many problems exist in businesses due to a lack of or poor communication. Despite having been communicating since birth and possibly receiving training, issues still exist, and it pays to review what is required.

The purpose of this 90 minute virtual workshop is to help you to revisit and improve your communication skills, by providing a greater understanding of the components of communication and how they interact, and how to use them in challenging conversations. Working in action learning sets, participants will support each other in finding alternative ways to reach successful outcomes.
