Building effective teams doesn’t happen by accident or overnight. This unique workshop has been designed for a voluntary sector client. It will provide strategic training for their team to face the changes ahead together. People are good at their job, but now need to step up to new challenges. This is an opportunity to acquire the right skills to achieve the desired success.

The aims are to have a cohesive and effective team, which will take ownership of the culture for the future. It is important that they work together for better internal and external customer service. It will include practical challenging tasks, strategic problem solving; and fun.

Objectives are that by the end of the day, you will be able to:

  • Create a positive attitude to managing the future culture.
  • Be more confident and effective working as a team.
  • Have agreed values and behaviours to achieve the vision.
  • Agree actions to improve engagement, effectiveness and customer service.
