In this third session of the Business Bites series, we look at establishing accountability without creating a blame culture. These virtual workshops (90 Minutes) focus on the everyday issues you face, review what you already know, and add new information. They provide the opportunity to hone your skills and:

  • Step back to gain new perspectives.
  • Refresh the basics.
  • Discuss with peers from a wide range of businesses.
  • Share and learn experiences.
  • Agree actions for change.

Accountability Without Blame

Accountability is a key concept in leadership and the design of organisations.  Achieving basic levels of accountability is no longer enough; it needs to be embedded in the culture at all levels. Encouraging people to be accountable whilst avoiding blame is a tricky balancing act for many managers.
